  • 1 can organic black beans Drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups corn kernels Use fresh or frozen
  • 1 red bell pepper Diced
  • 1 jalapeno Finely diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion Finely diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro Chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • fresh black pepper to taste

Method
