- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl and combine breadcrumbs with Parmesan in another.
- Dip chicken into egg then press into Parmesan mixture to coat.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside; melt butter in the same pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to pan, spoon sauce over top, and simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Serve immediately with desired sides.
