Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce and Cheese
  • 24 oz tomato sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with diced onion over medium heat until fully cooked. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with cream cheese and sour cream until evenly coated.
  5. In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half the creamy spaghetti, half the meat sauce, and a layer of cheddar cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients, ending with cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
