- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme.
- Rub olive oil over chicken thighs and season generously on both sides with the spice mix.
- Place thighs skin-side up on the wire rack. Bake for 35–45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F and skin is crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
