Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 20 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese

Method
 

  1. Slice beef, peppers, and onions, and add to crock pot.
  2. Add garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  4. Add tortellini and cream cheese 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Stir until pasta is cooked and sauce is creamy.
  6. Top with shredded cheese, cover, and let melt before serving.
