Coconut Mixture
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 stick cinnamon (optional) for garnish

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour into bottles or jars and add a cinnamon stick if using.
  5. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Shake well before serving. Pour into small glasses and garnish with cinnamon or nutmeg.
