  • 14 oz canned salmon drained
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill chopped

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, Dijon mustard, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into patties about 1/2 inch thick. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, and dill. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Serve patties warm with sauce on top and lemon wedges on the side.
