- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder over the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with chicken broth and pour over chicken. Place cream cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return to slow cooker and mix with sauce until well combined.
- Garnish with parsley and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or sandwich buns.
