- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and grease lightly.
- In a saucepan, melt dark chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Fold in chopped dried cherries evenly.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Press extra cherries on top for garnish.
- Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours until set.
- Lift fudge using parchment and cut into squares.
