- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
- Slice the kielbasa into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Add sliced kielbasa to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the coated kielbasa in a single layer on the baking dish.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway, until the glaze is thick and sticky.
- Serve warm with toothpicks or on a platter.
