  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Slice the kielbasa into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Add sliced kielbasa to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the coated kielbasa in a single layer on the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway, until the glaze is thick and sticky.
  7. Serve warm with toothpicks or on a platter.
