Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Cream Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Cream Cheese Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian herbs until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooked chicken in the skillet.
  2. Simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce is heated through.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
