Method
 

  1. Begin by cutting up some turkey strips into small thin slices, mincing the garlic, and dicing the onion to ensure everything is ready to go.
  2. Next, heat a pan over medium heat and fry the turkey strips until they turn golden brown, which typically takes around 5-7 minutes.
  3. Once the turkey strips are cooked, remove them from the pan and add butter to the same pan. Sauté minced garlic and diced onion until they become translucent, releasing their aromatic flavors.
  4. Pour in the broth and add brie cheese to the pan. Allow the brie to melt completely before incorporating heavy cream along with smoked paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Let this mixture simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens beautifully. During this time, introduce your prepared gnocchi into the sauce.
  6. Finally, remove the pan from heat and stir in chopped parsley along with your reserved turkey strips. Mix thoroughly before serving this creamy delight!
