- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, Parmesan, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch balls.
- Pour a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer meatballs in the crockpot, pouring marinara sauce between each layer.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
