Chicken and Sandwich Components
  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 buns brioche or sandwich buns
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Grill or pan-sear the chicken over medium heat for 6–8 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
  4. Add a grilled chicken breast, 2 slices of deli ham, and another slice of Swiss cheese.
  5. Spread Dijon mustard on the top bun and close the sandwich.
  6. Butter the outsides of each bun.
  7. Grill the sandwich on a skillet or panini press for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese melts.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
