Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Add pecans and toss until evenly coated with the maple mixture.
- Spread pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet before storing.
