Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups raw pecan halves
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add pecans and toss until evenly coated with the maple mixture.
  4. Spread pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet before storing.
