Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups diced apples preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
  • 1 cup sliced pears ripe but firm
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds fresh or store-bought
  • 1 cup sliced grapes red or green
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts optional, for crunch
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice to prevent browning

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. Wash and dice the apples and pears. Slice the grapes in half and remove any seeds. If using fresh pomegranate, remove the seeds from the fruit.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, sliced pears, pomegranate seeds, and sliced grapes.
Add Dressing
  1. Drizzle the lemon juice and honey over the fruit mixture. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the fruits are well coated.
Serve
  1. If desired, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top for added crunch. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.

Notes
