Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream for folding in
  • 1/2 cup Fruity Pebbles for mixing in
Taco Shells
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup water as needed
  • 1/2 cup Fruity Pebbles for coating
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Fruity Pebbles for garnish
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce optional
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream for serving

Method
 

Prepare Taco Shells
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly. Gradually add water until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into circles. Place in taco shell molds and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
Make Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped cream and Fruity Pebbles until well combined.
Assemble Tacos
  1. Once taco shells are cooled, fill each shell with the cheesecake mixture.
  2. Top with additional Fruity Pebbles, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream as desired.
