Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon skin-on or skinless
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Baking Dish
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with a little butter or oil.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish.
  2. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
