Method
Prepare the Zucchini
- Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Add Parmesan
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and toss until the slices are well coated.
Air Fry the Chips
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.

- Remove the zucchini chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
