Ingredients
  

Zucchini Chips
  • 2 medium zucchini sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Zucchini
  1. Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Add Parmesan
  1. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and toss until the slices are well coated.
Air Fry the Chips
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.
  3. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove the zucchini chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
