Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk whole or 2%
  • 1 large egg beaten
Garlic Parmesan Mixture
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add milk and beaten egg, and mix until a dough forms.
Shape the Monkey Bread
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  4. Dip each dough ball into the garlic mixture and layer them in a greased Bundt pan.
Bake
  1. Pour any remaining garlic mixture over the top of the dough balls.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
