  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 cups marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Peel sweet potatoes and slice into even rounds.
  3. Melt butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla in a saucepan.
  4. Arrange sweet potatoes in the dish and pour glaze over them.
  5. Cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until tender.
  6. Uncover, add marshmallows, and bake 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve warm.
