- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
- Peel sweet potatoes and slice into even rounds.
- Melt butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla in a saucepan.
- Arrange sweet potatoes in the dish and pour glaze over them.
- Cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until tender.
- Uncover, add marshmallows, and bake 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
