- Peel and cut potatoes into 1/4-inch sticks. Soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry thoroughly. Toss with olive oil, salt, and optional seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Place fries in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Remove when golden and crisp. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
