Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
- Set the sauce mixture aside.
Cook the Beef
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Add Broccoli
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
Combine and Serve
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the beef and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
