In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add the chicken tenderloins along with half of the spice blend and buttermilk into a bowl. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Place the flour, cornstarch, and remaining spices into a large bag. Mix well before dipping each chicken tender.
Heat the oil to 350 degrees F and fry each chicken tender for about 3 minutes on each side.
While your chicken is frying, add hot sauce and honey to a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Coat your crispy chicken tenders with the hot honey sauce generously before serving.
