  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 cups coconut flour
  • 0.33 cups ghee or coconut oil, melted
  • 1 pinch sea salt
Filling
  • 0.67 cups maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups chopped pecans

Method
 

Crust Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and melted ghee or coconut oil. Mix until a crumbly dough forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the pan and bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool slightly.
Filling Preparation
  1. In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped pecans until well combined.
  3. Pour the pecan filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the center is set and edges are golden.
Cooling and Serving
  1. Cool completely in the pan. For clean cuts, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before slicing.
