Crust Preparation

- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and melted ghee or coconut oil. Mix until a crumbly dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the pan and bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool slightly.
Filling Preparation
- In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in chopped pecans until well combined.
- Pour the pecan filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the center is set and edges are golden.
Cooling and Serving
- Cool completely in the pan. For clean cuts, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before slicing.
