Fudge Preparation
- Melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 inch pan and add a few drops of red food coloring.
- Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the color throughout the fudge for a marbled effect.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Lift from pan, cut into squares, and serve or store.
