  • 2 large eggs, separated

  • 1/4 cup cake flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice or cream of tartar

Method
