- Marinate chicken thighs with 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and honey. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine remaining gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar in a saucepan. Simmer to make a glaze.
- Toss marinated chicken in cornstarch and fry until golden and crispy.
- Steam bao buns according to package directions until fluffy.
- Assemble bao buns with chicken, drizzle with glaze, and top with cucumber, carrot, sesame seeds, and green onions.
