Marinate the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken strips and coat well. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the Yogurt Sauce
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
Cook the Chicken
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken strips for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Assemble the Tacos
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side. Fill each tortilla with grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and parsley. Drizzle with yogurt sauce.
