  • 1 cup hummus store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup tzatziki yogurt-based sauce
  • 1 cup baba ghanoush smoky eggplant dip
Vegetables
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
Cheeses
  • 100 grams feta cheese crumbled
  • 100 grams kasseri cheese sliced
Olives and Nuts
  • 1 cup mixed olives green and black
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds or walnuts
Bread
  • 1 loaf pita bread cut into triangles
  • 1 loaf baguette sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Slice the cucumber, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Arrange them on the serving platter.
  2. Cut the pita bread and baguette into triangles and place them on the platter.
Arrange the Dips
  1. Spoon the hummus, tzatziki, and baba ghanoush into small bowls and place them on the platter.
Add Cheeses and Olives
  1. Crumble the feta cheese and slice the kasseri cheese, then add them to the platter.
  2. Scatter the mixed olives and toasted almonds around the dips and vegetables.
