Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese quartered
  • 12 pieces mini slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 slices pickle
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • optional toppings lettuce, tomato slices, grilled onions, or bacon

Method
 

  1. Divide ground beef into 12 equal pieces and gently shape into mini patties slightly larger than the buns.
  2. Season each patty with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 2–3 minutes on one side.
  4. Flip and top each with a quarter slice of cheddar cheese. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and toast the cut sides of the slider buns until golden.
  6. Spread ketchup and mustard on the bottom buns.
  7. Add a cheesy patty to each bun, then top with a pickle slice and optional toppings.
  8. Cap with the top bun and serve warm.
