Method
- Divide ground beef into 12 equal pieces and gently shape into mini patties slightly larger than the buns.
- Season each patty with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 2–3 minutes on one side.
- Flip and top each with a quarter slice of cheddar cheese. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and toast the cut sides of the slider buns until golden.
- Spread ketchup and mustard on the bottom buns.
- Add a cheesy patty to each bun, then top with a pickle slice and optional toppings.
- Cap with the top bun and serve warm.
