- Place 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts into your slow cooker in a single layer.
- Sprinkle one 1-ounce packet of ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
- Top with 16 ounces of cream cheese (cut into large cubes).
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and shreds easily.
- Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks. Stir everything until creamy.
- Mix in 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and 0.5 cup of cooked, crumbled bacon. Let it melt for about 5 minutes.
- Top with 0.25 cup chopped green onions before serving.
