Prepare the Chicken
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.

Cook the Chicken

- Return the chicken to the skillet, nestling it into the vegetables.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken and cover the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve
- Serve hot, garnished with additional jalapeños if desired.
