Ingredients
  

Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin trimmed of excess fat
Peach Glaze
  • 2 medium ripe peaches peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper for seasoning the pork

Method
 

Prepare the Pork
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
Make the Peach Glaze
  1. In a saucepan, combine diced peaches, brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the peaches are soft and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
Grill the Pork
  1. Place the seasoned pork tenderloin on the grill.
  2. Grill for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  3. During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the pork with the peach glaze.
Serve
  1. Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with additional peach glaze on top.

Notes

For a spicier glaze, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the peach mixture.
