Method
Prepare the Pork
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
Make the Peach Glaze
- In a saucepan, combine diced peaches, brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, and black pepper.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the peaches are soft and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
Grill the Pork
- Place the seasoned pork tenderloin on the grill.
- Grill for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the pork with the peach glaze.
Serve
- Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with additional peach glaze on top.
