Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder about 30g
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the almond butter and mix until creamy and well blended.
  3. Stir in the protein powder, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Fold in the chia seeds and rolled oats until a thick dough forms.
  5. Mix in the mini dark chocolate chips.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop 12 equal portions onto the sheet and gently flatten.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until edges are golden and tops are set.
  9. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
