Prepare the Mixture
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, cottage cheese, rolled oats, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Bake the Dish
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts and cinnamon on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
