- Boil rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
- Add buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Stir in garlic powder and onion powder. Mix until creamy.
- Add shredded chicken to the sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce. Stir in 1 cup cheddar and 1 cup mozzarella until melted.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
