  • 12 oz rotini pasta
Meat
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
Condiments
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Spices
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
  3. Add buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Stir in garlic powder and onion powder. Mix until creamy.
  4. Add shredded chicken to the sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the sauce. Stir in 1 cup cheddar and 1 cup mozzarella until melted.
  6. Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheeses.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
