Baking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, and baking mix.
- Mix thoroughly using hands or a firm spoon until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
