Prepare the Mixture
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, bisquick mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
Form and Bake
- Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
