- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread hash browns evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Add the cooked sausage over the hash browns. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Pour the egg mixture over all ingredients in the dish evenly.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
