Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out your uncooked pizza base on a floured surface until it's about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Evenly spread the fig preserve over the prepared pizza base, leaving about half an inch around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the fig layer, tear turkey slices into smaller pieces and distribute them evenly, then add crumbled goat cheese on top.
  5. Place your assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 7 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
