Method
- Prepare all ingredients by washing and slicing the cucumbers and green onion, and mincing the garlic.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, and chili flakes.
- Toss the cucumbers and green onion in the dressing until well coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
