Meatball Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined.
- Divide the mixture into 16 portions. Flatten each and stuff with a cube of mozzarella. Roll into balls.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 18–20 minutes until fully cooked.
Spaghetti Cooking
- Boil a pot of water, add green food coloring, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and toss with marinara sauce.
Assembly
- Place meatballs on top of the spaghetti. Decorate with candy eyes or mozzarella/olive slices to make them look like monsters.
