  • 12 oz white or dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons crushed freeze-dried strawberries or sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Crumble the cooled strawberry cake into fine crumbs using hands or a food processor.

  4. Combine the cake crumbs and cream cheese mixture to form a dough.

  7. Dip each chilled truffle into melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
