Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded cheese preferably cheddar or mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika or chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded cheese, almond flour, seeds, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts and form into small balls on the baking sheet.
  4. Flatten each ball into a thin circle.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp on edges.
  6. Cool on baking sheet, then transfer to a rack to crisp further.
