- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts and form them into small balls on the baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball into a thin circle.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp on edges.
- Cool on the baking sheet, then transfer to a rack to crisp further.
