  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and swirl to coat evenly.
  5. Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip, then cook another 30 seconds.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes with parchment between.
  7. Fill with sweet or savory toppings and serve.
