Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients together for easy access during cooking.
  2. Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub onto both sides of each grouper fillet.
  3. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned grouper fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In the same skillet, add chopped onions and sauté until softened. Stir in grated ginger, minced garlic, and red chili or red pepper flakes.
  5. Pour in coconut milk, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Return cooked grouper fillets to the skillet for an additional minute before plating, garnished with cilantro, toasted coconut flakes, and slices of mango or pineapple.
