Ingredients
  

Panini Ingredients
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 cup cooked turkey breast sliced
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing

Method
 

Prepare the Panini
  1. Preheat the panini press according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. Spread a layer of pesto sauce on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  3. On four slices of bread, layer the sliced turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, pesto side down.
  5. Brush the outside of each sandwich with olive oil.
Cook the Panini
  1. Place the sandwiches in the preheated panini press.
  2. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  3. Remove the panini from the press and let them cool for a minute before slicing.
