Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough
  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese whole milk ricotta preferred
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Toppings
  • 4 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Mix the Cheese
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Carefully remove the hot pizza stone or baking sheet from the oven.
  2. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto the stone or sheet.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with slices of prosciutto.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Finish and Serve
  1. Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with hot honey.
  2. Slice and serve immediately.
