Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise preferably homemade or high-quality
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
Flavor Enhancers
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked paprika for extra flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
Fresh Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice about half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers finely chopped

Method
 

Combine Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and ketchup.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Stir in fresh lemon juice, parsley, and capers until fully incorporated.
Adjust and Serve
  1. Taste the remoulade and adjust seasoning with more hot sauce or lemon juice if desired.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Serve chilled as a dip or condiment with seafood, fries, or sandwiches.
